This is to seek urgent redressal of an ongoing issue wherein we had been approached by Hindustan Times guy for enrolment to leadership offer requiring six month subscription of the daily, but having taken that on 19 april There have been irregular supply by vendor and since last three days discontinuation of the same, for which we had tried reaching the customer assistance no. for Moradabad provided by HT offer but only after 9 no response calls was able to speak to one Mr. Pankaj on 9756799800, who said you will receive resolution in a day but all in vain nothing has been done moreover now this no. on dialing says it does not exist, now if any important news or employment advertisement is missed due to this reluctancy and no concern by HT group who should be held responsible, since that newspaper vendor is and the HT guy is not traceable, I seek assistance urgently from you.
