Please find below the details of my subscription for Mint done on 31-Aug by your executive Mr. Mangesh / Janak (9819164515). The annual subscription amount has been already debited on 08-Oct against cheque no. 332581 (Standard Chartered Bank) dated 31-Aug.

This is to inform you that it has been more than a month and till date I have not yet received the coupon from your end. Request you to kindly revert back urgently.
