NoN RECEIPT OF NEWSPAPER

I have booked a MINT on 09/04/08 and given the cheque NO113081 for Rs349 /- for 2 years subcription but yet i didnt received any coupon from your side... even after my cheque got cleared and if i am conacting my PAPER Vendor Mr Ayyapa he told he we have received the coupon than i told please provide any proof of delivery but yet he didnt gave me the same after a long follow up of 1 years i pised off the services from ypur side and i shifted to TIMES of INIDA and there service was very much sysmatic even when i paid a 3 times more than to what i paid to you?

I am really pised off with the services i informed the same to MR. Suhas Kadam a Area HEad for our area but it didnt worked...

Please help...
