Mr. Sibi Xavier Editor in Chief Has collected a Cheque for rs.! 25, 000/- to release a full page advertisement in the said Monthly Magazine from Jan
to DEC. After releasing the adv in few issues, he has abruptly stopped the adv since August issue without any valid reason, irrespective of telephonic followups, not release the adv as on date even though he has collected the payment for all the 12 issues causing extensive damage for our business, especially in Western India.
Under the circumstance request your good office to kindly look into the matter and pass an favorable order to release the pending advertisement
