I need to highlight here the very careless delivery service provided by the timesgroup magazine delivery service.
I had subscribed for an annual package for the Lonely Planet magazine in September.
Issues faced :
1) September Copy reached me after almost 25 days after 6 calls made to the customer care number.
2) For the October copy I had to make 3 calls to the customer care number.
3) The December copy has not reached me yet. It's 26th of December today!
