Not receiving outlook magazine after subcription for 3 years

I have sent an email to '[email protected]' on 16/07 also but no reply so far.

I have paid subscription for outlook magazine for 3 year wide receipt no.101581 dated 25th November but yet to receive any magazine. Please investigate and start ASAP.
