I am a regular subscriber of the magazine "Cosmopolitan" published by Living Media India Ltd.
for number of years. I am not receiving the magazine from September onwards and on
making the complaint, the publisher put the blame on the postal service, whereas they have been ending the magazine through courier till August. Even the replacement copies promised by the publishers also
failed to reach me. Except expressing their repeated apologies through a pre-scripted trade
mark reply through their customer care executives, no action is forthcoming from the publishers
who promised to deliver the magazine at my address promptly every month.
