This is to bring to your notice that I (customer id- 27518064) had subscribed to a 6-month edition of Good Homes Magazine in the month of August. However, I am sorry to state that so far I have received just one copy of the same. I have brought it to the notice of the concerned authorities (complaint number-361712). I was promised that I would be receiving this month's issue within three working days. However, I am sorry to state again that I haven't got it still even after waiting for over 6 days.
I have already paid for the subscription and expect a timely delivery every month. Kindly look into the matter and revert.
