Non-receipt of coupens and newspape

Cheque No.498649, Indian Bank, Shantiniketan, was collected by marketing agent on

25/8 from my residence with a promise to deliever the coupens within one week. No action taken inspite of repeated reminders telephonically for the last 15 days. My money may be refunded in case, it cannot be complied with.

Shame on so- called reputed group of papers.
