Unofficial grey scale copy print being sold at the price of original colour print copy

I bought the Third Edition of 'PRACTICAL NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING' text book from the Modern Book Centre Trivandrum, Kerala. Original print of the textbook (which was available few weeks ago at the same store) consists of colour print pages and MRP= Rs 250.

I bought the very same edition of the text (with exactly the same cover and page and content. The copy I got have no colour pages and yet I was charged the same price of Rs250 excluding discount
