Gift not provided/contact no. not connecting

I have registered my ticket no. in NBT-Tambola launched by Nav Bharat Times newspaper. They have given me a registration number and told me that they will send a gift within 10 days but till 30 days lapsed, they have not provide any gift and the contact no. of nbt-tabola i.e. 01130813222 has also been not working nowdays.
