Sorry to bring to your notice that i felt cheated paying the subscription for the mint annual subscription.
I had taken these coupons under condition that vendors should be ready to distribute the newspaper on time and accept you coupons.
I am surprised that I spoke to a couple of distributors and everybody ignored distribution.
It seems number of readers as highlighted by them in various statistics is fake as actually newspapers are not distributed.
It is also a cheating as money is charged and against the same some coupons are given which is not accepted.
I have sent various reminders to Hndustan times but nothing seems to be moving. The reminders were sent to [email protected] and feedback @livemint.com
Generally in all cases you also record the conversation of customer care executive then the same can be checked.
