Not getting newspaper from last 2 months

Sir, I had subscribed times of india and sunday times of india, chennai edition for period of 12 months at 299/- on 19/05.mr.k.ramesh kumar who booked my order said that newspaper will start from 1st june. But since i dont get my paper.whenever i called that person he was not attending my call also.so plz take some action as early as possible.thanking you
