I requested for the subscription of Business & Economy and 4P's of marketing magazines for one year through their website on and around 7th of November. My reference number is 10702. I paid them Rs. 912 for the subscription of magazines through my Punjab National Bank's ATM cum Debit card. I was told that I would receive my first magazines within 4-6 weeks. Now more than 7 weeks have passed by and I have not receive any magazine till now.
I have tried to contact them through their mail IDs and phone numbers mentioned on their website. But their phone numbers do not get connected and they do not reply the mails sent to them.
I am worried about my money and now I am thinking that I have committed a big mistake.
They are really very irresponsible people and do not care about their customers. They just want to get money and leave the customer frustrated.
I want to know that what should I do and what can I do in this situation?
