I ordered for a set of books worth Rs 3500/-. Along which they provided me a free holiday voucher and airticket voucher. I tried using them but as per their site it was alreday used. I taket to their cusotmer care executives and was told by them that there is a error from their side and they will be in reverting back to me in 24 hours. After waiting for a week i wrote a mail to them on December 12.After waiting for another week, i wrote them a reminder mail, but still there was no revert. Then i again called their customer care, they told me to call banglore. I called banglore, they told me to call Delhi.
I have talkedto the senoirs at delhi office as well, but there is no one to hear me... the cusotmer executive don`t have manners to speak to the people..nither they want to help.
Each time i call, they say wait till nex 24 hrs, and agter passing 24 hrs there is no response, i still had to call back the again and again. This is going for a month and still there is no resoultion.
I can say that ITBC is a bunch of incompetent people, never willing to help you out making false promises and have no manners of speaking with aggrieved customers.
I am writing on this forum so that i might get some help.
