We are using Tata Sky since 3 years. We have frequent problem of antenna displacement from its angle. In last 3 months we have complaint it for 3 times, and they repair it. According to Tata Sky guidelines (got from customer care representative) if this kind of complaint is registered then since the date of repairing up to 3 months if problem occurs then it is not to be chargeable again. We have complain for the same for 3 times and they have charge us for each complain and now they are refusing to rollback 3 charges to 1 charge though we are ready to pay for 1 complain charges. At present Tata Sky have stopped our service. Please Help us for this problem.
