Coupons not received

I, Harish Sanghwal residing in Ghatkopar (w), Mumbai, had opted for teh scheme HT @ 199 for the newspaper coupons where the payments was made in March but have received the coupons till date. I have applied for it vide ID no.: R0074320 to Sudhirwani - the vendor.

Please tell me when can I expect to receive the coupons or what step to be adopted to receive it..
