Telegraph was paid to your deptt. Which was confirmed by your office on 5 June but I am yet to receive the Coupons. When i contacted your office thru. Telephone no.2212 9840 & 2234 5374 on 25th. & 26th. July i was assured
that within 24 hrs. They would come back with a positive reply. But, i have neither received a call nor the coupons from your office.
You may please look into it.
