No cooling

I purchased whirlpool re frigerator from haryana sales corporation kurukshetra haryana on 15 dec. my refregirator is not working properly since last month. local service center said there was leakage of gas. so i repair my refrigerator they charged rs 1200. but after 9 days it stopped cooling . i told about it local service center and they repaired it .but now it again stopped cooling.sir local service center is very poor. their worker have not much knowledge. i m very tense. please give better service.
