Complaint against managing committee member

Hi,

I stay in a cooperative housing society in borivali west. One of the managing committee members Mr. santosh tukaram rane and his family have been harassing us from past many years. He stays in the flat right above ours and there is lot of banging and disturbing noises emanating from his flat at all odd hours. The secretary and other members are helpless regarding this issue.

We have lodged a complaint about this in the borivali police station but the nuisance seems to go on.

Please advise.
