I have logged a complaint to tata sky help desk on 06 .07.09 and i have received instant message in my mobile the complaint no was 1-4411401070 and the service engineer number was also there but there is no response at all and till date and time no ody has taken effort to get it resolved, i feel like saying TATA to TATA SKY.
