I had ordered for a product at homeshop 18 for my child. it was a toy helicopter. when i received the product, i paid for it in full, in cash. when i opened the product, i found that it was not working properly. i contacted the company and arranged for its pick up through TNT Couriers in Delhi on 01 Feb. the consignment no. was DO644817505WW. The same was delivered to Mr Dalbir, the vendor, on 02 Feb 10, as told by TNT Couriers. Thereafter, i have contacted homeshop 18 a number of times but each time, i have been given a fresh request No. and told to wait for some more time. the last two request nos were 3220527 and 3761911. the product, when ordered afresh, is delivered within 12 - 15 working days. this product being a replacement with all the dues paid for, has not yet been delivered, even after a lapse of approximately two months.
