16GB spy camera & spy phone
Non delivery of instructilon manuals

Dear Sirs,

I had ordered through TOI one mobile phone and one spy camera and one spy phone vide order no.200911160818272, dated 16-11-09. I have received all thethree items. Unfortunatelly, the spy camera and spy phone were sent to me without instruction manuals. I have made a complaint to TOI was given a complaint No.24273 and was asked to contact you on phone no.040-24745672. After trying for more than 9 days, I was able to contact your sales executive, Mr. Uday on 11th of this month. When I enquired about noninclusion of manuals, Mr. uday very bluntly told me that manuals will not be sent. When I pointed out that without instruction I wouldnot be able to use the items, he very rudely told me to return the items. I have once again lodged a complaint to TOI regarding the rude behaviour of your executive. I request you to kindly send me the instruction manuals of the above items immediately and oblige. I would also be much obliged if acknowledge the receipt of this complaint.
