I had purchase
Model no-HGE600AZ
Sl.no- 8GUPNB64943
on 5th September from dealer name VARIETY INFOTECH NAUPADA THANE (w), now this had become unservicable on 17 june i had register my complaint to service center MUMBAI vid. OFFLINE 000049 on 18 June. Than service engineer came on 29th June and he couldn't repair it as its battery and PCB both were US. He said i will come and replace it next day but he did not turn back till today also after reminding several times. My day to day work is hampering due to non serviceability of the product. It's still in warranty period. Now, we are shifting to Pune on 9th July. What shall i do further...? Waiting for reply...
Kindly solve the problem as early as possible.
