My landline no is 0120-4371170 & i reside in top floor. My complain is that ur linesman has illegally wired my terrace of other building occupants connection without the undersigned permission causing hardship & damaging my terrace wall.kindly remove other landline connection from my terrace wall immediately or i will left with no option to seek the door of law. The same request has been done to ur costumer care but they are not responding. Pl. treat the same as serious and look into at utmost urgent.
