Sir! i have noticed the street lights on the old bombay highway road, after tolichowki, near darga, are kept on in the day time also! why this happens? why wouldnt we feel responsible on the wastage? wont we get a guilty feeling on seeing that? we waste water, we waste everything and suffer when there is shortage and quarrel in between! coz we are INDIANS! huh!
