NO TRACKING AND VERY BAD SERVICES

This is to bring to the kind notice to the DELHI POLICE COMMISSIONER That the delhi police is not doing any thing to track my lost mobile. neither the fir have been lodged nor any tracking is done & not any information is being given to me.
MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT IS AS FOLLOWS
I have gone to Mangolpuri industrial area phase 1 on 27th MARCH in the morning and reached their around 10.30 A.M in my Alto car reg no. dl13ca -2409. i stopped at S block and down my left side window mirror to ask location to reach at T1/81. But two guys approached me and trying to sell i phone & sony vaio lapto. but when i repeatitively denied them they tried started SNATCHING my mobile. they got success as i cannot able to resist much because i am not 100 % physically fit. and 1 more reason if i follow them than they could have injured me as i thought there might be complete gang of them.

I AS A RESPONSIBLE CITIZEN CALLED ON 100 NO. THE PCR CAME IN AND I GAVE THEM THE FULL DETAILS. THEN THEY SEND ME TO THE POLICE STATION AND I LODGED A COMPLAINT.
BUT I AM SO MUCH DISSATISFIED THAT I AM NOT GETTING ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE AND ALSO I DIDN'T HAVE ANY FIR WITH ME EITHER AS THEY HAVE NOT FILED FIR.
I WANT TO GET THE LATEST UPDATE ABOUT MY PHONE AND COMPLAINT AS THE OFFICER TOLD ME THAT MY PHONE IS ON SURVEILLANCE.
I HEREBY WOULD LIKE TO DRAW THE KIND ATTENTION TOWARDS THE IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR OF DELHI POLICE.I WOULD LIKE TO ASK
WHETHER WE ARE ANY MORE SAFE IN DELHI? IT SEEMS THAT WE CANNOT HAVE THE UPDATION ABOUT MY MOBILE AS i am normal citizen AND not a MLA MP MLC or any VIP person?
IS THIS BEST POLICE IN THE WORLD WHICH CANNOT EVEN PROVIDE THE TRACKING FOR A COMMON MEN?
ARE WE SECURE ANY MORE IN DELHI?
IS COMMON MEN DO NOT DESERVE ANY PRIVILAGES REGARDING HIS COMPLAINTS?
i want to request the department to kindly look over the matter and if possible revert me ASAP AS more than 1 month have been passed away?
