Delay of Passport

Sir,

This is to inform you that (Name- R.pavan, file no HYD-W340244) passport on 15/03 and police verification was cleared on 7/04.But the status of passport is not appearing in the Website of passport office. But in the passport status "Police Report has not been received".so, please the check the my file & start my process of passport. For this delay i can't attend for GRE exam.so please start the processing of my passport.
