Respected Sir/Ma'am
I applied for reissue of my passport on 28th march. I completed all the formalities and verified all my documents. I was told that I would recieve my passport within 20 days but recieved it. Then I approached the passport officer Smt L.K.Waghela on 20th april and told her that I urgently needed my passport as I had my GRE on 27th April. She called my file and crosschecked it and it was all ok. She promised me that I would recieve my passport before April 26 but again I didn't recieved. As she promised me to give my passport before 26 April I haven't rescheduled my examination which has to be rescheduled 3 days prior the exam.
Now my case stands that if I don't recieve my passport I wouldn't be able to give my exam and my test fee of 190$ would be forfieted. Its my humble request to you to look after this matter as it happened to me today but tomarrow it can happen with you or any of your relative.
