Sir,

I reside in No.81, 8th cross, Kempanna Layout, Cholanayakanahalli, R T Nagar Post, Bangalore-37.We are suffering from irregular garbage collection in our area. The man is not sweeping the road either. He absents himself for weeks together and we are left with heaps of garbage. As there are no garbage bins...
