Applied for voter's card on form 6 along with all relevant documents in 2009 at the Mamaltar's office in margao, at first he rejected the application, then re-submitted along with more proof of residence, was approved for me and spouse (samson D papaly) - lincy samson papaly - benaulim constituency # 32 - part # 11, section # in part 1 and serial # in part 64 and of samson D papaly it is the same except the serial # being 63.
However, since we purchased our own house and moved our residence to a new address in the same contituency, filled up the form for address change and submitted, they deleted both our names from the list and DID not make the change of address and give us the card.
We then applied again for both of us on jan 4th after waiting for this long time, with all documents and copy of the registered sale deed of our house to the bdo's office, after getting all the documents and the form verified by the blo, mr. Mathew Crasto, they issued the card to my spouse, samson D papaly, but I DID not get mine, on enquiring at the bdo's office, they say that the form cannot be traced and that I have to apply again on form 6, why is this happening, why is the citizens of india being treated like this by the people who are responsible to serve the people of india and make things easy for them, instead they lack on the their responsibility and cause a lot of inconvenience to the general public. Please have some one check on this have the irresponsible staff at the bdo's office to taks and mask sure that they do their jobs responsibly and sincerely.
