Refund of registration fee

Director of Higher Education govt. of Madhya Pradesh issued an advertisement to get registered to get admission in B.Ed colleges of M, P. I got regd by no.2008oo281 on 23-7. After waiting for one year I got myself registered for correspondence course of B, Ed by IGNU.

I sent an application to the DHE to cacel my registration and refund the fee, After two months iam still waiting for the response of the Director of Higher Edcation M.P
