Misbehavior of meter reade

Dear Sir,

We are at 84, seppings road, civil station, Bangalore 560001.

We made delay in rendering the bill for the month of July. The meter reader when came for reading by August without giving the first notice and also not listening to the alone woman staying residence behaved rudely and removed the fuse holder and went away by speaking rudely.

On the same same day the bill was submitted and till date the fuse holder taken away by the neater reader was not put back.

When he came to reading to our residence on 9.September and our house wife asked for the fuse holder he has refused rudely saying that he won't put the fuse holder back and asked us to compliant to whom ever we can and no body can do any action against him.

Is this the way a govt. Official behave with the consumer.

We request your action and enquiry against and do the needful.
