Change of Rs.5/- was not given back

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings...

On 25th of June' the Bus no MH-- 9306, from Gorai to Andheri Stn (259), the conductor has not stopped Bus at Ganesh Nagar Bus stop and due to which one person has fall down while catching bus.

Secondly when i have given him Rs.10/- to give me a ticket for Chincoli (Malad - Mindspace), he has rudely said that he dont have change of Rs.5/- and i have get down of the bus immediately. I don't understand how can every time passenger can get extact change for tickets. Then he has written balance Rs.5/- on back of the ticket and give it to me and said to collect this amount from Depot.
