LOSS OF SMART CARD & RECEIPT

RESPECTED SIR,

I LOST MY VALET ON 25-3-11 WHILE TRAVELLING ON ROUTE NO.271, I LOST MY SMART CARD NO.2802 1100000255 ALONGWITH THE QUTERLY PAYMENT RECEIPT WHICH WILL EXPIRE ON 29-4. I AM HOLDING PHOTOCOPY OF THE SMARTCARD AND RECEIPT. KINDLY LET ME KNOW THE PROCEDURE IF ANY FOR DUPLICATE SMART CARD WITH THE DUPLICATE RECEIPT. DURING RUSH HOURS THERE ARE SEVERAL CHANCES OF PICKPOCKET AND THE PEOPLE SUFFER A LOT, FOR THAT THE BEST SHOULD FOLLOW THE SYSTEM OF ISSUING DUPLICATE CARD TO THE PASS HOLDER I HOPE U WILL TAKE NOTE OF MY SUGGESTION
