Non-delivery of cylinders on time

Dear All,

I would like to bring to your notice there is a always a delayed delivery of gas cylinders. Even though we have the double cylinders facility with National Gas service located at Wadala (Mumbai), we are facing shortage of gas. We are given assurance of cylinder delivery in 2days but it doesn't arrive at our place even after several calls or meeting the dealer. This has caused in additional wastage of time & money since we have to carry the cylinder to the dealer for bringing the filled gas cylinders. Please let me if there is any shortage of cylinder in Wadala (Mumbai)

Please look into this issue & rectify this ASAP.
