Non supply of cylinde

Sir,

I am a consumer of Surya gas agency sipri bazar Jhansi. My consumer no. 20454 I had booked my refill on 18.7.2010 and reminded so many times to distributor over phone and also personally, but nothing has been heard. I have not supplied my refill till today. Same type of problem was also noticed in previously. Distributor supplying cylinder to unauthorised persons while genuine consumer facing problem.
