I had booked the cylinder on 11th March through www.ebharatgas.com online Ref No:7330110. when i check the status online showing that the cylinder will be delevered on 11th March, gas cylinder in my house has not been received till date (23rd MArch). Sutaible action may bee taken & and inform me.
As per the rules a cylinder has to be delivered after 21 days from the date of last cylinder received / delivered... this is not the first time it happens again and again month after month.
We are sill waiting for the Cylender,
