I have applied for renewal of my Passport on 14.10.2010. Police verification was done on 31.12.2010 but the passport has not been issued till date. The status box on the RPO website is EMPTY for last 3 months.
The dispatch details of Police Verification Report is as under :

Date of Dispatch : 12.01.2011
Hence, I request you to kindly issue my passport at the earliest as I have to travel abroad next month.
Please do the needful and despatch my Passport urgently.
