Damaged high volt electric pole

Hello Sir/Madam

One of the 11000 volt electricity poll erected by UP bijli Board is damaged since long time and despite repeated request nobody in electricity board in listening.

High tension wires are hanging over a busy street in my village.

Please help to get this pole replaced as soon as possible.
