Dear Sir
After retiring from NGEF Ltd, with the pension option submitted, I was getting Family pension through SBI, BSK 2nd stage Branch, my sb account no. being 10031245033 (PF pension no. KN/2326/4965, EPF No. 10653).
However, as I was supposed to give life certificate through Bank during the month of November I could not do so as I was travelling at that time, but I have submitted life certificate form in the month of January to the Bank. Even after six months my family pension is not credited to my account.
Would you be please kind enough to see that my monthly pension is credited to my SBI account along with the arrears at the earliest and oblige.
