Deficiency in services

I sent a courier to mumbai from noida dt 18.12.2010 but to my shock it never reached its destination even after passing of 10 days, first i tried my best to contact the phone numbers given on slip (both delhi/mumbai nos of blazeflash couriers) but all numbers always remains busy (never even rang up) so i send a mail to customer care they again asked me address details and phone nos (i sent through email again address/ph nos - even though complete address and two mobile nos mentioned on courier) but after sending reminders again and again they even didnt replied back then i went to the shop from where i sent courier, that guy called some of his colleagues in delhi and told me to call after 2 hrs to check the status, when i called shop guy again he told me that courier will be back to its way to noida and i have to collect it from their shop, i will go to collect my courier tomorrow dt 30.12.2010 as it contains my very very important and urgent financial documents for which last submission date is 01.01. now what should i do in this regard to teach them a lesson as their website shows failure status on dt 20.12.2010 but even then they never contacted me and the mumbai person (both nos were mentioned on courier) Would u plz suggest me how can i proceed in this matter??? can i claim compensation for loss of my time and money and harrassment??? my email id is [email protected] MANOJ BHALLA, NOIDA01 (9278318783) TO WHOM I SHOULD CONTACT??
