NOT DELIVER MY POST WITHIN ONE WEEK

SIR,

I have sent an envelope through couriers from Jaipur (Rajasthan) to Sarkhej, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) on the 20th of May. However, the same has not reached the destination yet. Can you let me know how long does a Courirer post takes to reach the said destination? When the normal post reached the destination deliver after more than 3 to 4 days in india by post office.
