Non receipt of shipment

Dear Sir,

My AWB Number 43893439903 dispatched on 25 th May from IDBI Bank SIkanderpur, Gurgaon Branch. On wesbite, this is shown delievered on 26 th May but I am not in recipt of this shipment!! To my strangest thought, it is shown on the website that it has been signed by me.

An awful service I would say by Blue Dart, Gurgaon Office.

Today is 1st June, I have still no clue where to go to search for this document.
