Illegaal Consruction

Dear Sir,

This has reference to the Illegal Construction built by Unknown Person in the night two months back, on Pavement in front of Amar Industrial Estate, Sakinaka, Mumbai 400072.

The society has already lodged complaint to Municipal Commisioner, L ward Officer. We have already explained to the Ward Officer aand asked for the details under RTI ACT.We have not received any explanation. To our surprise, the concerned officers of L Ward asking us to remain quiet for this year that is till March for the reasons known to only them.

We expect that Municipal Commisioner should look into this matter and not only demolish the construction but take stern action against the Officers of LWard BMC Office.who join hands with such law breaker culprits.
