Water very dirty

Dear Sir,

from last 3 month in my location BMC water Coming very dirty Water.necked eye can easy find out the particals in water.many time we complain to our nagarsevak, but can't find any result.plesse sir/team it request from the mumbaikar to rectify problem as soon as possible.
