Ook lying in matoo building with blue dart courrier but not deliverd to the customer for the last 5 days

It is very dismaying to state that despite of frquent requests the blue dart courrier housed in matoo building gaw kadal srinager has not deliverd the book sent by flipkart.now it has been almost a week now and nothing is being taken care of by people in service... amazing
