How Bihar has changed? Nitish Kumar is claiming that he will eliminate corrupt officials and corruption. But it is not so. See I did my B.Sc Engg (Mech) from MIT Muzaffarpur 1994 batch. This year I got admission in LLB in Delhi University, DU has asked me to submit my Original Certificate of Degree. Consequently I went Muzaffarpur and completed all formalities in College to get Original certificate from University. Unfortunately at that day B R Ambedkar Bihar University was on strike due to murder of whole members of employee of the university. I had to return on the same day so I was very much depressed due to unsucess of my work. I tried to talk with a guy, who was locking the door of university (main door). The name of the guy was Amarkant, he called a another guy named abhay Ranjan (MCA asstt) he told me to pay Rs.1500/to get the work done and delivery of Original certificate at your residence. He gave me the mobile no.09471224787.I paid him Rs.850 there and returned back to Delhi. But till date he has not delivered my degree and also wasting my time and energy. University is also not taking any action/communication with me.
