Our R/D a/c no. 88169 with Kasba Post Office Kolkata matured on 16-10. Post office refused to pay the maturity value as one instalment for the month of January. But we have deposited the instalment on27-01 and entered in our pass book with post office seal and submitted letter dt. 25-10 with xerox copies deposit slip and pass book to them. Post master are not taking any care to pay the maturity value in spite of several visit to the post office. We have lodged complain with Sr. Superintendent of Post officesouthern division kolkata dt. 19-11 but till date we have not heard anything from them.
Under such circumstances please use your good office and guide us how we shall get back of hard earned small savings money after lapse of two month from the date of maturity where there were no fault on our part.
Being old retired person may I appeal to your goodself to look into it and reply in the following address.
