Frequent power cuts and irresponsible behaviour of employees

Hi, I'm a resident of Mehrauli area in New Delhi. No doubt I'm here once again coz our govt is just...%__...

These frequent power cuts in this horrible summer are really not done and these bloody employees don't even bother to pick the calls. Sometimes the phone is even switched off.

Somebody plz do take care of these damn things...
